The first Red Heart Ball to take place at
Our Lady of Consolation, Charlotte, N.C.,  
was held on February 6, 2010 in the
Parish Life Center.  It benefited the “Go
Red for Women” (American Heart

Association) and the Our Lady of

Consolation Endowment Fund.

The ball was hosted by the OLC Ladies
Guild and Knights of St. John Ladies
Auxiliary.  Tickets were $25.00 and dress
was semi-formal with the color theme of
red.  The event lasted from 8 until
midnight and was attended by about 80
people.  The second Red Heart Ball is
being planned for next year on
February 5, 2011.  Save the date!
