On November 17 the friars of the
Province gathered in Beacon, NY to
spend a day in fraternity and to share
the quality of their spiritual life as
followers of St. Francis. They reflected
on three different areas of their life: the
future of Vocations and Formation, an
accountability of the Province finances
and a review of the ministries and
fraternities where they live.
They reflected together the quality of
their life, namely how they are living
the life that they professed and how do
they witness to the people they are
ministering too. The friars agreed to
continue to move forward with the
development of a pastoral plan that
began last year to give them a vision
of how their life will look in the future.
