The word "Trinity" tends to move us immediately from the everyday world of experience to an abstract world of eternity. This is clearly a misunderstanding because the Holy Trinity is about relationship, which we experience every day. Theologically, the Holy Trinity is not easily understandable, unless we live the mystery rather than try to understand the mystery. On a natural level, let me quote one of the greatest scientists and inventors in the history of the world, Thomas Edison: "We do not know the millionth part of one per cent of anything. We do not know what water is. We do not know what light is. We do not know what gravitation is. We do not know what enables us to keep our feet when we stand up. We do not know what electricity is......but we do not let our ignorance about these things deprive us of their use."
