At Pentecost. the Paraclete made what the Church was, is, and will be. The Paraclete reminds us that the message of Christ is wrapped in eternity and time. The best is yet to come! There is more to the events of Pentecost than meets the eye. Christ had directed the past and present, and will be the leader of the future. Christ is the large picture of which we are just a tiny part. The clock of history is just a fraction of a second compared to the big story of God. In prospective, we see clearly the role of the church as " a body of believers, who were of one heart and one mind." Unfortunately, we are accustomed to seeing another side of the Church: when two Catholics come together, there will be at least three opinions.
